Let me start by saying that I have not felt this good about my body image and level of fitness since I was 19 years old, working as a life guard training 3-4 hours a day. I have always been involved with sports and physical training. But after achieving my degree in Chemical Engineering and entering the work force, my training and fitness levels started to slowly deteriorate

I decided to take action to retrieve my former fitness. I hired a long line of trainers / consultants until I met Jeremy. He is by far the best trainer I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I immediately saw the benefits of his body sculpting techniques. His ability to tailor the workouts based on how my body was responding to the previous workouts was like nothing I had ever seen before.

Before I worked with him I had 2-3 different routines. I now have dozens of workouts to cycle through. The results are that after 5 months of training I am within 10 lbs of my original target weight (started at 225lbs, now 195lbs). The amazing amount of muscle mass I have gained along with the core strength I now have give me an excellent body image of myself.

I look forward to further refining my body and increasing my fitness levels with Jeremy over the next year.

Jeremy shows remarkable maturity and compassion for his clients. I am especially impressed with the positive work I’ve see him implement with seniors looking for flexibility and core strength to increase their quality of life.

I began working with Jeremy NyQuist in October 2002. I chose to work with a trainer to help me rehabilitate from heart surgery that I had 9 months prior.

Jeremy has trained me weekly for 5 years and I have experienced dramatic improvements. I immediately started to feel stronger and have more energy. He has assembled workouts that have toned my entire body and target certain areas particular to my goals. He always explains how an exercise targets a specific muscle group and the methodology behind it.

It is the fundamentals that Jeremy has explained to me throughout my training that have enabled me to workout effectively on my own as well and continue to make progress toward my goals.

I credit Jeremy with helping me recover 110% from my surgery and now I am in my second trimester of pregnancy. I have had no body discomfort or difficult pregnancy symptoms and I believe this is a result of eating sensibly and being in the best physical shape possible.

I would highly recommend J. NyQuist to anyone, his program WORKS!!! I have tried many workouts over the years, and this is the first one that I have actually seen results fast. I have lost so many inches, and it actually looks like I have lost more weight. I can now do 12 push ups (when I started I couldn’t even do one) and I can run 2 miles without stopping. Training with J is the best thing I have ever done for myself; I wish I had found him sooner.
